FISHERMAN PITCHER ENGLAND

Wonderful old pitcher from Staffordshire England. Hand painted and made by Shorter & Son Ltd. This is imprinted in the ceramic as well as stamped on the bottom. The Fisherman is sitting on his basket with his catch of the day at his side and he has a fish for his handle. I am not positive, but it looks as though it has a H/S also on the bottom. There is some minor crazing, but no chips, cracks, or repairs to the pitcher. He stands 7 1/4" tall.
