Take a good look at this clock, it's really quite nice. The raised numerals in signet porcelain are in excellent condition. The dial is marked C. A.
Crosby & Co. of Boston. The simple and clean lines of this clock frequently attract attention and give it a very formal appearance. It is 8" tall and was made around 1890. There are a couple of small chips in the marble at the
corners. The round French movement is unmarked and counts the hours on a thick metal gong. The pendulum and movement both are marked #3978. |
