 A beautiful American clock with colorful flowers painted on the porcelain case. The case is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks and has a really graceful look. The perfect porcelain dial surrounds the open escapement. This clock has the # 4 1/2 nickel rear plate movement that is all original and in great condition being very well taken care of and shows no signs of abuse. It is a time and strike version that strikes once on the half hour and counts the hours on a thick metal gong. Perfect examples of porcelain clocks are getting increasingly difficult to find.
